There are delivery delays in many areas due to the recent Royal Mail strikes.

We are seeing Royal Mail parcels with 1-2 weeks delays.

Due to Royal Mail’s recent cyber incident they are unable to ship any orders via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (or any other Royal Mail international service) until further notice. 

 

We strongly recommend choosing DPD or UPS for international shipping.

 

Once Royal Mail International shipping is operating again we will despatch orders where this service have been chosen. 

However we are anticipating severe delays due to the quantities of mail that have accumulated during this time.


NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Rest assured 99.9% of orders are ready to leave us the same day if ordered before 1pm. Frustratingly, once your order leaves us we have absolutely no control over the delivery process, nor access to any more information than you have through your order's tracking details (if you have picked a tracked service).

 

At the moment we don't guarantee any next day deliveries due to all shippers struggling with their services. The current situation is incredibly frustrating for everyone. We wish we could magic your parcel to you! We have introduced many different delivery services so you can  pick the one you think is the safest for your delivery address.

Q - I ordered from another company and got my order the next day. Why is my order from you delayed?

A - We can't control what route your order will take to get to you. Some depots have weeks of backlogged post, and some also have staff shortages.
Many of our orders are arriving as they should, others are taking weeks.
